I booked an inspection for my car as I needed it for Rego change for interstate vehicle! Like everyone else, I thought my car is in best possible shape and doesn't need any kind of repair work! So when I was told that my car failed the test and I need to replace both the front suspensions and it would cost me 565 plus 105 dollars for re-inspection, I was upset. And it is a normal reaction to an expensive repair for anyone in Australia, unless one has insane amount of money. I requested owner of the place, Marc (really gentle and honest man), to kindly get it done in a day as my Rego is about to expire, he took some time and sorted out repair timings. He told me he can not offer me any discount as he is asking one of his man to stay back extra to finish my work! I went back home and sat for 90 min to check his reviews on Google. Almost every review which gave him 1 star sounded fair enough to begin with but then Marc replied to each one of them in his own style. I am in love with this man! He is brutally honest in his replies and I trust this man!

I've been to a different inspection site NOR to have my car inspected on a seperate occasion and was completely let down by the staff who were rude so I had my reservations with my trailer.
